Refund Policy

At Shri Radha Rani Niwas, we strive to provide a transparent and secure booking experience for all our customers. Applicants can reserve their preferred plot by making the required booking payment through our authorized online payment gateway or other approved payment methods.

For every application submitted, an Application Processing Fee of ₹500/- is non-refundable, as it covers documentation, verification, and administrative expenses.

If an applicant is not allotted a plot due to non-availability or any other reason determined by the project management, the booking amount of ₹11,000/- (excluding the ₹500/- application processing fee) will be refunded. Refund requests must be submitted through the registered email ID along with valid bank account details for verification. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 45 working days.

After a plot has been allotted and confirmed, any request for cancellation or refund shall be governed by the terms mentioned in the Booking Application Form. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to decline cancellation requests or deduct applicable administrative charges, processing fees, taxes, or other statutory charges before considering any refund. Where cancellation is not permitted under the booking terms, the amount paid may be forfeited.

Approved refunds will be transferred through the original payment method or directly to the applicant's verified bank account. The applicant will be informed once the refund has been initiated.

By accessing or using the online booking facility of Shri Radha Rani Niwas, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy along with the Terms & Conditions of the project. The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
